Child Health Issues

My daughter us 10year old with 26kg weight, she is having tonsillitis and suffering with fever. We are currently giving Calpol 250mg - 5ml in intervals of 6hrs. Kindly suggest, can we give Azithral 200 for Tonsilis infection.

Dear doctor, My baby is 1.7 years old. 7 days before he started itching alot and due to this he was not sleeping at night and having very little cold symptoms. Doctor told me to apply calosoft lotion and give attarax drop twice a day for 5 days... After that 2-4 days he was normal but from yesterday again started same pls suggest what to do..m very much worried now...pls check pic
