Child Health Issues

Child of 3years has vomiting 3days back since then she is not eating anything. From yesterday she started complaining about stomach pain and stomach is hard to touch and kind of bloated. Since today morning she has passed loose stools with mucus for more than 10times and she still has stomach pain. Gave her emeset Cyclopam yesterday Today gave her colic aid, dicyclo suppository. Still no improvement. Don't know what to do

My 2years kid had high fever 30days back, when we have done CBC slightly iron deficiency he had. so Dr suggested iron syurp, from last 9 days he s getting blood in poop when we went to Dr he asked to stop iron syrup and he gave  drink to loose the stool has my kid was finding difficult to poop ..worried now still not stopped ..

Hello doctors.. Can give simple roasted almond powder with cerelac... And canbgive sabu with formula milk to 7 month baby...?? Suggest some food which I can give to baby...

We have given 6ml of P-500mg paracetamol to 7 year old child 6 times in 48 hours instead of 3ml dose. Will it effect health of child and need to take any further check up?.

Hello doctor, My baby girl will be 3 months old by next week.. She was born at 35 weeks and birth weight is 1.95 kgs.. My doctr has Prescribed calcimax-P syrup 2.5ml twice a day upto 3 months... I have more than half a bottle still... So do i need to stop it as soon as she completes 3 months or shall I continue until the bottle gets over... Kindly suggest...

I have started to give solids to my 5 month 25 days old baby. Yesterday i gave him rice kheer one spoon and today in morning when i gave him smashed banana small qty he pooped 4 to 5 times. Is it ok??

My daughter is almost 6. She had had fever for the last 3 days. The temp goes up to 103, then goes down to 98 after meftal or paracetamol goes up again ate 5 hrs and comes down. She has  slight shivering once in a while. She's also on azithral.200. 2 doses done as of now. I'm giving her paracetamol every 5 hours now and meftal p once in 8 hrs or as reqd. Her fever increases mostly at noon and late evening. She's active with fever although when is high she feels a Lil tired. Her poop is normal, she has a bit of phlegm and occasional cough. Should it give blood tests. She had no symptoms of typhoid or malaria or anything else. So I'm not sure. Is this viral. When will this get better. Pl advice. I'm anxious. It's 3 days as of tonight. Her trend I have attached.

What would be the best option to treat ASD , he is a kid of 4 yrs and looking for pediatrics neurologist in Bangalore , family would visit Bangalore for few days and looking for treatment of the kid , what would be the best suggestion. Kid is undergoing some speech therapy in Assam.
