Hello doctor...My baby is 5.5 months old and her weight is 5.6 kg.  His birth weight was 2.3 kg.  What should I do if I want to increase baby weight?  Baby only takes breast milk.

Child of 3years has vomiting 4days back since then she is not eating anything. From yesterday she started complaining about stomach pain and stomach is hard to touch and kind of bloated. On Saturday  morning she has passed loose stools with mucus for more than 10times Gave her emeset Cyclopam on friday On Saturday,  gave her colic aid, dicyclo suppository. Sunday, she was fine Today again she is complaining about stomach pain Do we need to get any scanning done
