Rash on all over the body

Hi my baby is 8 months old and had fever for one day..now no temperature but yesterday he has a rash and it is now all over his body..is this chicken pox or something..i have attached the picture of the same..please help

Hi… attached photo rash looks like papular rash.. not seems like chickenpox or measles. Treat as viral infection.. and use calamine lotion for rash..
