Flat head correction

My 5 months old baby girl has developed flat head at the back .Do mustard seeds pillow help in flat head correction and is it safe to use? What else can be done for flat head correction?

Greetings it can be used but It will generate heat , that will make baby uneasy.. u can use U shaped pillow available at market
