Frequently fall after sleep
My son three years old. He sleeps by 11 pm. And we also sleep but he suddenly falls from bed to floor . It happens frequently. Many times we save him from falling . It's happen only in night. He keeps moving on bed and by this he fell down into floor. Although he didn't get any injuries and when he cries we got up and put him and lie on bed and he sleep again. Why this happen. Also his gross motor skills are not up to the mark . He perceives things easily by his own but someone ask what where how why etc he has no answer. Also lack in writing he can't write a single digit or alphabate. But orally good.

Moving all through the bed during sleep is normal for a toddler.. you can try using bed rails. But delay in milestones need to be addressed in detail.

Consider sleeping on the floor if that is feasible. Formal developmental assessment is needed.
