Diarrhea and vomiting with fever

Hi my daughter had loose motion and vomiting last two days.with high fever....Dr prescribed ondem and diof.and paracetamol..But vomiting did not stop. So he has started taximo .. After that vomiting and fever has stopped but still she has watery stools .. what is to be done.. I m also giving enterogermina
