12 weeks old baby not feeding well
My baby will complete 3 months on this 17 th ,she had vaccine on 1st April and me and her was also had viral fever for 3 days ,since 5-6 days she is not feeding well as usual ,her fever has also gone now since 2-3 days she is fine now with no fever and cold symptoms but not feeding well she feeds well at night time but not feeding well during day she cries while breast feeding currently we are spoon feeding her formula milk with breast feeding as well during day time. Please suggest

This is quite common after viral fever. Her appetite will improve in a few days. If weight is not going down, nothing to worry about. Avoid formula. Pump breast milk and give by spoon if possible. Visit a pediatrician for check up if not better
