Is 99 is considered as a fever in 5 yr old kid .she has got 99 temperature.got cold and cough.do I need to give paracatamel for fever

My 9 year old son suffering from cough. No other symptoms .cough is like deep sound from chest with little mucus. Cough stops when taken medicine but it again reoccurs if medicine not taken. Dr prescribed Nukast 4 syrup for 45 days . Is it safe to take this medicine for so long  and how to determine the cause of allergy if he has?? Pl advise thankyou

Hi, My kid had a fever 4 days back, fever becomes normal today after treating with p250 in all these days. Now we ate seeing rose pimples started to develop in his face and stomach full of little little dots. But he remains active and no fever. What could be a problem?

My baby is 3 .5 month old and doctor prescribed iron supplement 1 ml - twice a day . Baby weight is 6.8 kg ,height- 61cm ,HC -41. Is 1 ml - twice a day is correct dosage. Pic of iron supplement is also attached here. Kindly confirm the correct dosage. Thanks in advance.
