Hello my 2 year son is getting loose motion green color jelly like poo what happened he is 7-8 times going for poo

My baby girl age is 8 months; weight is 7.5kg (birth weight 2.6kg); she started rolling over from 5th month and both sides from 6 months but she is still not able to crawl or sit; can you let me know what can I do for this? Is it something to worry at this age?

My one year old is not eating solids properly.. we want to keep her more on solids and less on milk but despite giving proper variety of solids multiple times she still needs milk to complete the diet . She cries till she's not given milk even after having food . Can this be something psychological ? And she is refusing cow milk and only likes formula. It's getting difficult to wean her off bottles. We want to keep her less on bottles and start sippy cups and spoon bowl feeds.

Doctor gave coralium d3 for my seven months old baby girl. She used to take vitanova d3 till six months. I forgot to ask whether I should stop vitanova or continue vitanova along with coralium. Can I give both together? Or should I stop vitanova and continue with only coralium?

My baby is 3.5 months old Wt 5.9 kg She is doing good Her feet is looking like this... Is this swollen feet or looking normal? She is passing only 7-8 times urine in day time not more than this.. Sometimes urine is dark like dark yellow or dark orange.. Due to diapering night time urine output I don't know... Baby is on both breastfeed and formula.. Can anyone clarify this ??

My daughter is 11 months old. Her weight is 7.3 kg. She is having loose stools for the past one  week. She is active. Sleeping well and not showing any discomfort. On normal days she passes 3 stools in a day but for the past one week she is having potty 5 times. What to do?

My daughter is 6months old and started solid before 2 weeks. From 2 days she is trying to poop very hard and refuses feed and also not taking enough water. What I can give to poop softly?
