Fever since five days
Five year and 3month old boy suffering from fever /cough cold since 5 days. Initially fever came 103/102 then given Taxim-O antibiotic and Calpol 250 for fever. Now, 3 days course of antibiotic completed, but still low grade fever is coming 99.5- 100.5 . Paracetamol syrup SOS giving.
Kindly advice, today is 5 th day. Antibiotic last dose given yesterday.
