My daughter is having vitamin d deficiency. Please find attached report.  Vitamin d level is 38 nmol/L as per lalpathlabs report. Pls prescribe the dosage of vitamin d for 5 year child.

My 6month old baby has started solids when he was 5months old..we give ragi on morning and rice towards evening..for the past three days he is constipated..everyday he is pooping ..but the poip is very dry as if stone with no trace of water..he is straining to pass poop..he was given sweet potato for three days and now his contains pumpkin..is it bcoz of that?
