When the first tooth appear . So can we start brushing and teeth to baby ? Or when few teeth appear then it must be started ?

My 11 month 6 days old baby boy has some stomach related issue. Can't say it's loose motion as consistency keeps changing. Sometimes it's jelly like, sometimes it's liquid, Sometimes it's semi solid. It's 5 times a day. Morning it's like jelly & liquid mix. Confused what exactly it is. Baby recently not eating food properly too. Else playful & active but definitely this frequent motion looks him dull.

My son had fever last night around 101 gave him pcm 250 3ml. Fever came down but again came after 6 hours. Medicine was repeated but fever shot up to 103. Gave meftal p 3ml. Please help. Not coming down. It's been one hour .

My baby is 8 months old from 5th month onwards I didn't gave vit d and zincovit drops as suggested by my pediatrician. Now some are telling to give because my baby is less weight as those drops  increase appetite .is this true ?kindly reply
