My 18 months child was vaccined (MM) in government hospital but not rubella . Nurse there told to get vaccined again next month for MMR. Isn't is harmful to give measles and mumps vaccine twice in span of two months? Pls guide

My 18 months child never eats properly 200ml milk and 2 spoon khichdi or any food in a whole day since starting . I offer her varieties of food but spits everything out of the mouth?
