Hlo sir/mam my son have a fever from 3 days,he didn't want to eat anything,and didnt do potty & gas issue was also there ,so we visit our local dr. He prescribed medicine : 1 for Stool clear and 2nd is paracetamol 250.but no change in his health when we give paracetamol then fever was normal after some hour fever again come. why this is happening ? I am really worried

My child had phimosis, now it's 70% resolved. His urine frequency increased and he started bed wetting. When culture the urine, significant growth. He got UTI with Enterococcus faecalis. Was on Amoxicillin clavulanic acid for 7 days. Repeat culture showed no growth. After 7 days when we culture again growth of Enterococcus faecalis but no symptoms. Kindly suggest .

My daughter is already taking medicine from doctor. Earlier she having 102 and i give calpol 250 But now having 100 and 100.5 only. (Also she is tkinb moxclav ds) with stomach pain and acurenphyringitis. But question is Do i really need to give her medicine on 100/100.5? Because i never take medicine on this fever? My son who is 6 years old, complains about having headaches and cries a lot. This is happening for a week and exactly happens between 9:30 to 10 am. If he sleeps for 30 mins, it sets. We consulted a pediatrician and they just suggested paracetamol and informed that it may be migraine. We did an eye test as well and it's normal. Not sure what kind of treatment we can for it.
