Has cough from one week and little sneezing given tuspel 5ml still not relieved suggest better cough syrup

My son is 17 days old and has jaundice. Today I checked with the hospital his forehead jaundice is 10.8 mg/dl and body is 14.1 mg/dl. Doctor said it will go my own. Kindly suggest what should I do and can we do baby message from mustard oil during jaundice and can I seed laddo methi and gund will it effect my baby jaundice
