My child is 4 months old and I want to ensure he is healthy. What tests should be run on him for that. I want to have a regular health checkup done on him. How can i ensure that?

In  infants blood due to constipation is common or not... Is their any serious or not please help this

Baby is 5 months old . Due to orange stains, urate crystals in baby's diaper frequent feeding  was advised. I am providing mixed feeding due to insufficient breast milk on demand to baby. I could still see orange stains in her diaper. Please advise how to avoid this.

My pediatrician has suggested nebulization with asthalin/duolin and budecort for cough for a week...my 2.4 year old cough has been since 3 weeks and has not gone completely..it is a deep cough, sounds is I felt with hands as well... budecort has been prescribed for a month along with montair LS. Now am skeptical to give it for a month..his cough is not too much but not going completely too...he has become very cranky and daily meltdown...will cough reduce itself...can i stop giving respules...or am I just worrying too much..and continue with this medication...some say steroids are best avoided..please suggest what is the best method to follow ...
