My baby boy birth weight was 3.3 and he was 6.6 when he is 3.5 months old. But from past 15 days he is not gaining weight instead he is losing weight and now he is 6.4 kgs and 4 months old. And he is taking less milk ( exclusively breastfeeding) . Is it normal or it's a concern?

My baby has completed 1year last week she was fine till mrng now from aftrn she didn't eat anything and whatever she eats or drinks( whether brestmilk or normal buffalo milk) she is vomting ..it's coming from nose also she is feeling very uncomfortable..some food change has happened I think so..what should I do..iam in a remote area no pediatricians available here till tmw I go to my hometown so plz help me what to do

Hello doctors...Baby is 10 month old..he had fever from 27th may to 30th may...after that he got measles... today is 2nd day...we gave him pacimol when he had fever...but my pediatrician prescribed me cefakind without any examination...we also giving him cefakind till now to complete the 5 day course...now my concern is I read in Google baby get diarrhea.. pneumonia and encephalitis after measles...in what case encephalitis occur in baby... should I need to worried???

My baby was born on 10/5/23 and his 6 weeks vaccination is scheduled on 21 june 23. Can we vaccinate the baby 10 days early on 10 june 23 or not? Plz guide.
