Please prescribe the dosage of maxtra drops or maxtra syrup for 1.3 years old baby for cold and running nose.

My 10 months old baby had cold cough fever now and then through out the month ,now she dont have fever and cold since 8-10 days but she sounds conjested while breathing and sometimes while sleeping and also coughs some times not frequently but it irritates her while eating and triggers vomiting ,we have already completed the nebulizer treatment, is it ok if we still do nebulizer treatment with plain saline water daily ?

Can anyone help me with medical certificate to submit in office. I am on my maternity leave now which ia only 6 months and ends in november. I want to extend it for another 3 months for taking care of my kid.

Hi I was feeding my baby, through katori chamcha, accidentally light fly had fallen in the formula, I realised until the fly came to spoon while feeding,till then my baby had drank 2/3rd of milk, had that contaminated my baby formula, what do I need to look for next things I am in very panic state, reading all wrong things online .

Hello doctors, my son aged 4.5 suffering with fever for last 48hrs. We are giving 5ml Calpal 250 and cepedom anti biotic as per the doctor advice. Still fever not getting subsided. Please help me with further evaluations.
