Discomfort in mouth while sleeping
My baby is showing discomfort while sleeping looks like it's cold as she is opening mouth and feel like coughing or making some sounds like something is stuck in throat or discomfort in mouth.

It is noisy breathing. Put  nasal drops every 6 hrly..keep baby warm
