Child Health Issues

Hello Doctors My daugter is only 4 months old..She is doing whitish yellow poop every time from  two months..She is formula feed baby since birth...By birth she was doing light yellow poop..but we noticed and doctor also said she is doing acholic stool..we do USG and Lft ..I attached two reports..kindly say,her bilirubin is low and SGOT high ...is it normal?is she need treatment for her elavated SGOT?Bilirubin is lower than normal range...is it ok ?We are very worried about her elavated Sgot..because before 15 days her Sgot came in normal range...today is higher on side... Please help...

My 12 months new born baby boy has red spots on chest. Please suggest if this is due to heat or some allergies. Is this due to allergy with Chickpea flour?

My son born on 14.08.2023 had undergone a regular Echo at birth. An ASD of 7 mm and a VSD of 4 mm was found. We would like to know : 1) What symptoms should we look out for, so as to prevent any emergency till the time we wait for either the normal closure of heart or corrective surgery? 2) Does crying or any other regular activity can exacerbate the situation? Hello Doctors, My 4 years 11 months old son suffering from dry  cough since 1+ month. We have showed him to pedestrian.. have completed cough syrup course twice.. given nebulization also.. but still no relief.. His only issue is dry cough otherwise he is very active..no other health issues.. please suggest any remedies 🙏

Hi my baby is 1.5 month old and has not pooped since 2 days.she is passing urine and feeding. Sometimes she is straining to poop but is able to pass gas. Yesterday she could not burp and when laid down vomitted the milk. She gets cranky sometimes but is not always crying. Can we take some medicines for passing stools?
