Hi doctor, My baby is 45 days old. During vaccination, which type we should choose? Painless or painful? These days hospitals are asking it before giving a vaccine. What is the downside of giving a painless vaccine? As a parent, obviously we want to see less/no pain. Not sure what the exact difference is here.

My kid is 4years 7 months old. She speaks in only few sentences. If she doesn't know to answer reason . For eg if she says she doesn't want to wake up early in the morning and we ask y, she says no. Whatever she doesn't know to speak according to the situation, she says no. If we teach her, she doesn't like to speak. She is very adamant. Pls tell how to handle and how to teach her

HC : 39.5 cm length is 63 and weight : 6.7kg his birth weight is 3.540kg . Mu baby boy is 3 month 12 days old is it normal? Or lagging in HC? and increasing in length and weight?

My baby is 1 month old, he had jaundice on 7th day bilirubin level is 20mg/dl.after that we gave him phototherapy on 10th day his level drops to 9.98 mg/dl we got discharge. But on 21th day his level raise upto 15.39mg/dl Again . Doctor says its normal in some cases, they took some other tests like S. G. P. T - 17U/L, S. Alkaline phosphate 169 U/Lit. , Reticulocyte count - 1.4% .They prescribed him liv. 52. His stool is yellow and normal urine. Taking proper feeding and weight is also fine. Now today after 10 days of all these tests and medicine his Count is 14mg/dl. Is this normal and why his jaundice not recovered yet???

Hello, My daughter is suffering from fever with blocked nose and slight cough.  Her fever started on Sunday morning , went down after about 2 days and after a day it recurred again since yesterday. Right now her temperature is 101.7. She is taking Flexon syrup, just stared aAzithral, NoCold, and Asthakind Junior syrups. Does it need any change in this medication?

Hello My son is 9 months old He is peeing more than 8 times a day Is it a good sign . Plz rectify is there is any problem

My son Divith 2 years 2 months. Weight 14 kg.  He had fever 99.6 . My family members have fever, cough, cold. I am giving ibuprofen and paracetamol suspension ibugesic plus 5 ml  every 6 hours. Fever is decreasing and increasing My problem is night he got nose block and chest congestion i feel. He was coughing too. Suddenly he got up felt like vomiting but couldn't at the same time couldnt breathe. It was scary for us. We tapped his back to prevent if anything choking him. Then after long timr after lifting and putting him in shoulder he was better But still looks like he has mucus . We gave mucolite 5 ml as old doctor prescription. Plus otrivin nasal 1 drop each side. My question is what to do if suddenly kid cant breathe due to mucus. As i said. Doing like vomiting. But cant vomit nor breathe what to do?? Hospital is 30 min away. What immediate we can do to help him breathe??? I have got chest congestion for five times now already. Doctor gave me rotahaler
