My child is just one month now.Due to frequent motion by our baby wound is formed below the buttocks .Is their any ointment available.And also immediately he is going motion after feeding .kindly suggest any tips

It's normal gastrocolic reflex..not to worry. Use siloderm cream for diaper rash.

Motion immediately after feed is normal in infants...apply napigard cream to the buttocks...avoid diaper
