Chest & Breathing Problems

I have ashtama problem if I get bit more cough I get ashtama please respiration becomes more difficult please help me out

I had sinucitis before and i did CT PNS for it and it came as maxillary sinucitis and completed ENT course,but didnt got full relief so after a month i did Xray PNS it came frontal sinucitis.i didnt did anything for frontal sinucitis but whenever i wake up i had weird feeling that something like rubbery mucus or phlegm has sticked in the back of my throat or voice box.i am not sure whether it is mucus or phlegm because i dont have cough much.previous doctors told me that i had it because of sinucitis but now sinucitis got cured.so i dont think that it is because of sinucitis,so what it could be? And what is its medicine?please prescribe it and i am attaching my reports. Note: CT PNS is old and Xray is new.

Can you tell me please does this sputum have blood in it or not? I saw orange like something in it.so i asked.

After feeding my breast loose after one year i stop feeding.but my breast no change sagging breast i am confuse what i do.

Hi, I have tested COVID positive on Aug -8th and recovered from it now and I have tested negative on Aug -17th. I am still having running nose and sometimes I feel like my nose is blocked. Could you please suggest me.

Since last one month every week I am having difficulty in breathing. I had this problem started after allergic rhinitis but before it happens once in 4 or 5 month but since last month I am having it more frequent. Now whenever I feel Shortness of breath in night then I take foracort 200 once in night and it helps me to relieve the problem. Is it good to take inhaler like this or what should I do. Can inhaler use make the problem more frequent? How should I treat myself completely as I am not asthmatic. Thanks

After my thorecsentosis it feels like i am again having same pain like before . It's been 36 hour since my thorecsentosis done.Is it possible to Reoccurr pleural fluid? It seems like tuberculosis is my main reason for effusion? Could you please help? I am having pain and my report will be come by next week..So please help me out

During climate change I am getting cough in chest.sneezing,running nose,breathing difficulty. Right now I am taking homeopathic treatment.

I did GI endoscopy 9 months back. Impression was hiatus hernia g1 with gerd and HP positive, and also fatty liver g2 in usg. took antacid for sometime,and stopped with doctor advise. Fast three months took homeo medicines. now again having discomfort in chest area, stiffness, something is struck feeling, jerk in body, while lying in bed. Severe stomach discomfort, last week took USG, fatty liver is now g1 only. Tryclycedies is 174.USG doctor told, hernia not able to see in USG, yesterday met gastro doctor, he prescribed rabeprazole, adblock md,roustine,syrial 140,axakolic 300 tablets, he told it is happening due to hypertension, I'm afraid to take endoscopy again,so I took HRCT chest today. Attached the image, is hiatus hernia found in the image, or any other lung problems or heart issue ? Ecg and echo was normal, four months back.now I'm having shortness of breath sometimes, and pain near diaphragm, feel like something is struck in chest and pain in both sides. Any impression in CT ?
