Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctor, My sister has dry cough not continuous, uneasy in breathing, pain in upper back. She has this problem 2 months back and diagoned with CT chest scan and was told that she had lung infection. After medication, it subsided and again the problem has come back. Again she was diagnosed with CT chest scan and the report is told " the fibronodular opacities in the anterior basal segment of the rt lower lobe" , report is attached below. Is it tuberculosis???  And the doctor is not telling if it is tuberculosis or not.! He is telling that there is mark left on the lungs due to previous infection. Due to the healed wound mark, the problem has come back.Kindly understand my problem and suggest me sir. As the present situation is covid we can't go around hospitals much. As she is lung disease patient , it might be more risky for her.

I am in Mumbai and before that in Bangalore where consulted a phychiatrist for anxiety which was in 2005,now with time after menopause it had turned into chronic health anxiety .I am taking duzella 40 mg, veniz 75 mg thrice, betacaptr20 twice, epilaam 1.5 Cr thrice .it all controls anxiety but on june25 th felt breathless Ness so got cbc blood count test ,ESR test thyroid test ,bit d test b12 test ,ECG ,3 D ecocardiogram check up with cardiologist who said it's not related with heart ,TMT got done last year normal .then my phychiatrist wanted to rule out lung issues so got PFT normal a slight inflammation in small airway passage which pulmonologist said is very mild and gave inhaler ,and got CT scan done of whole chest which was normal .pulmonologist said to check oxygen saturation when i feel breathless which comes normal .one and half month had passed neither increased nor decreased .it's not gasping but short of breath feeling .I do yoga .while sleeping it goes .

Sir  & madam how many days it  it takes. To get negative after getting postive for covid thank you...

I am having breathlessness from a month I did all thyroid,ct chest,stress echo,TMT all test are normal...what it could be?

Every morning when I wake up, I wake up with breathing issue. It remains till 1-2 hours. I find difficult to lie down or sleep because it happens more when I lie down. It is happening from few days back.

I am having this problem since last two years. My one side nose is always block. Sometimes it was right side blockage and sometimes the left one Due to that I am unable to breathe problem

Hi, I have nasal congestion with breathing difficulty  from past 1 months  and chest pain from 2 weeks and consulted few doctors took acidity tablets but no improvement. I am worried is it covid19 and not getting sleep in nights...

This is regarding my mother. Visited a pulmonologist with Chest CT Scan and various blood tests. Chest CT (please refer to copy attached) result said "multifocal patchy ground glass opacities seen diffusely in both lung parenchyma, more on the periphery and posterior location. Sub pleural bands seen in postero-basal segments of bilateral lower lobes. Moderate to severe infective etiology (most likely viral pneumonia)" Pulmonologist said this is corona, though I mentioned that RT-PCR test is NEGATIVE. He asked to admit the patient immediately. SPo2 is around 90-91 since 5 days. Slight fever of 97.5 in evening since 2 days. Breathless and coughing on walking. No coughing while on bed. Weakness is there. First symptom shown on 3rd August. Testing done on 10th August. No loss of smell and taste. Loss of appetite. Please see blood reports and CT attached below. Thinking of going for Antigen test tomorrow.Mother got wet in rain (slightly) on 1st august. First fever on 3rd Aug.

From last one month, I'm feeling like I need to take breathe from my mouth. And else I don't have any problem... Please suggest some medicine if it's there
