Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctor, I got a fever 3 days back just at 99°C but since then I'm doing great. But since last night I'm feeling breathlessness. I dont know why. My BP, heart rate and oxygen levels are all good as well. Kindly help.

Recently my father had gone through few test and Reports says he has 5.7 blood levels in body and in HRCT says lung infection

May I wash a cloth face mask with cloth washing soda by handwash like TIDE, ARIEL to disinfect it for reuse ??? I have no washing machine.

Hi I was diagnosed Covid positive on 30th July 2020. I was asymptomatic and yet I was admitted to hospital. I was done all tests cbc, kidney, liver, d dimer, ferratin, urine routine, ECG, chest x ray etc and all reports were normal. I got discharged after 7 days from hospital. Right now in home quarantine at home from past 6 days. I am feeling like chest fullness(like gastric) from past 3 days. Visited hospital today and my x ray was done and it's perfectly normal. Problem is my Spo2 levels are in range of 93 to 96 always from the time I came home (6 days). How to improve Spo2 levels please advice. I have no other problem

Can my upper back muscle contributes in breathing. I feel hunger for air when i generally lean on wall near bed. This lead to tightening my upper back muscle and i feel like hunger for air. What should i do for this
