My mother is taking atorva since last 2 years but recently she developed unexplained dry cough. Is it related to atorva? Can atorva lead to interstitial lung disease. My mother is 53.

Asthma Like problem with throat pain
Dear Dr.
I was having running nose due to Allergy rhinits for which I was prescribed with Azeflo spray 15 days×4, Taximo 5 days×2, Febrex plus - 15 days×2, Deriphyllin 15 days×2 and Billagra 20- 15x2.
But then i took medicines for almost 10 days and stopped suddenly due to relief condition but now for last 3 days i am having wheezing like asthma with little pain in throat and but difficult to breathe.
Is it any of the side effects of the medicine?
Which medicine to use now ??

High inflammation in covid
My mother's CRP was 196 mg/L, ferritin was 475 ng/ml and ESR was 94. CT scan shows GGOs on lung parenchyma suggesting covid pneumonia. She is on medication - Dexona 8mg, Magnex fortex (03 days course completed), Doxy, Vit D3, ivermectin (03 days course completed), Pan 40, Di Dimer was slightly increased i.e. 0.52 (range 0-0.5) she is taking ecosprin. Her SPo2 levels pre medication was around 88-90. She used to get breathless and cough on slight exertion like walking. Now on 4th day of medication, her SPo2 is around 95-96. Sometimes it goes upto 97. Also made her walk for 6 min and her SPo2 fell from 96 to 94. she has gained strength and doesn't cough that much and is able to walk. On first day of medication, pulse rate fluctuated from 116 to 25 on oximeter within a minute. for past 02 days her pulse fluctuates between 60-70. her o2 saturation increasing is a relief. but I'm concerned regarding high inflammation. will she need hospitalisation. right now she is recovering at home.
