I am having chest pain while movement for a year now. I had chest CT scan too but doctor said that was normal. I am not sure what's the actual problem with me. The pain is more in the morning.

Chest tightness
I have itchy throat and chest tightness from last 4 months. Have tried acidity medicines and all. I feel have anxiety issues which is now elevated bcz of covid situation.
