Fever and weakness 15 days diagnosed TB
My wife has fever and weakness from last 15 days and diagnosed with TB , pleural effulent water was removed from lungs 950 ml 7 days back, all blood test reports are clear for Dengue, Malaria, typhoed, currently Dr has given Pyrazinamide, Rcinex, Combutol can i take loxof500 to treat fever and weakness for 10 days course as other general physian has advised or its only in case of non drug resistance and should be taken only if other medicines are not responding. Or should i wait for some more days with current medicines as fever goes after taking paracetamol for 6 to 8 hrs.

Better to continue with the regimen given by the doctor , avoid usage of levoflox as they are reserve drugs which may be useful in case of resistance later
