Lung tb fever 48 days of treatment
I am having fever of 100.6 in morning and night it goes after taking pcm. I am on tb treatment from 48 days. In starting my fever goes 102 or 103 but after 28 days it's not going above 100.6 plz tell how long fever will resolve.

Usually TB symptoms will resolve on initiaion of ATT. It depends on nutrition, age, comorbidities etc. Check Sputum after 2mon treatment course. Consult for further management.

Normally it shud resolve in 1 month, if its not then get chest xray done and consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment
