Sir/ma'am I have having covid like symptoms from 5 days like loss of smell and taste, dry cough and mild fever that comes and go. I have done the antigen test yesterday but it's negative. Sample is also given for Rt-pcr test and it will come tomorrow. Sir from yesterday night I m hearing some random crack like sounds in the chest area. Is it the earlier Symptom of pnemonia? Moreover sir I have little pain in the back on the left side bottom of  the heart. Sir how to recognise pnemonia like complications? And any treatment that I should do now to stop it's development. Hi, I m suffering from pain in breathing down the ribs right side and just below the liver during pressing and touching for last 5 years, consulted so many doctors some one told me this is neuropathy pain but still not getting any relief,i hve taken so much medicine like pregabalin and dulane, amitriptyline...! I have done chest xray yesterday ..I attached film above...does it shows any doubt of TB or any other infection..doctor is not very sure but prescribed to start anti tb medication for 15 day ..should I? Is it safe at this age

I having a chest pain that comes and goes.The pain area is at the center of the chest which ignites while movement of neck amd is also accompanied by upper back pain(just below neck area).And i have a smoking history for 6-7 years and even i have seen cough getting stuck in my throat for which i need to gargle it out every morning.The pain i am facing since 10-11 months now. I also consulted to a pulmonologist who asked me for a CT scan and later verified by him as normal. After the medication i still have the pain.Initially I saw some black and brown particles in the cough. I have stopped smoking since a week now. I am not sure is the pain is gastric or something serious.
