Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been taking montek for some time but I read online that it has been linked with psychiatric side effects. I have personally not experienced these. Is it still safe to take it regularly? How common are the side effects?

I develope sudden weakness and experience difficulty in breathing.It becomes difficult for me to swallow even my saliva.At that juncture,I feel very much uncomfortable and uneasy.And the weakness tend to persist for a long time.I have got my heart thoroughly examined and fortunately everything is all right.Possibly, my problem falls in the realm of Pulmonary Department... Iam having nasal congestion and chest discomfort since two months .The mild pain is shifting from left . right some time both. top. .and bottom and some times hip and some times upper back side also . some times shortness in breathing also .Able to do all activities with out any problems.Getting panic easily to minor problems .Ecg. and .X ray report normal please guide me.

A small subpleural patch of orgnaising pneumonia is noted in posterobasal segment of right lower lobe. Minimal pulmonary involvement < 5 % in possibly late resolving stage. Any treatment needed?

Sir I am having shortness of breath since five months , I don't have any cough fever and allergies my covid report is negative , when I sit idle I feel like I can't breathe enough oxygen but I feel better when doing any kind of physical work and I can do any type of physical work my xray is normal what further tests I should do to overcome this is this anxiety or any health related and I am a smoker too but I left that from 8 months

I have been diagnosed with covid 19.Though there are no more fever,diarrhea,vomiting now.But I am suffering from severe chest pain,chest tightness and breathing problem.I am on mechanical oxygen support in my home.But my PT and D-Dimer plasma came significantly high.The report says it can be due to pulmonary embolism.As my symptoms like excessive sweating for last 2months,leg cramps and little bit swelling sometimes are there we are seriously worried about it.Though my chest x ray shows clear.But we saw that chest x rays may appear normal as it cant diagnose PE.Can you please suggest what to do?And if it is PE then what will b next?

Sir I am having shortness of breath of suffocation for oxygen from five months I don't have any type of cough cold fever , and I have chest pain and covid report is negative ,ecg is normal ,xray normal but still I can't take enough deep breath so please guide me what tests I should undergo to overcome this problem
