Chest & Breathing Problems

When I wake up early morning today then I got some breathing problems without couph and without fever ..

There is instant foaming saliva in my mouth and my breath Stops sometimes before sleep what is the problem I can't understand ?

Sir , I feel normal all daytime ...But night time when I sleeping breathing difficulty...But this problem not everyday please help me why is this? No cough problem

What are the pros and cons And what should I do to cleanse my lungs post I do that? Are there any side effects?

Sir while discharging for corona they did ct scan for me.it show fibrotic changes involved in bilateral lung fields.percentage involved 20percent .is it curable.or what precautions should I take to not to increase it. I have allergy issues. I feel problem in breathing,caughing, whizzing,pain in shoulders and back ,irritated if I don't take seroflow 250mcg . Previously I was taking it occasionally like 2-3 times a week then I started taking  it once daily. from past few days I feel need of taking it twice a day. When I discussed this with my doctor she advised me to take levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg along with montair 10 and flomist nasal spray. I want to know what is Difference between levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg. Do I really need both of them .I mean I don't want to go for this much heavy medication. Do I have an alternative to change medicines? Due to covid I am avoiding to meet her personally in clinic and she doesn't entertain this much queries on phone so I want to have answers of my questions!
