Chest & Breathing Problems

My grandmother is suffering from fever since morning, it was 102 in the morning, we have an antibiotic and it came down to 100 till 4, it again raised to 102 and the recent we checked it was 101 She is also having heavy cough, but there is no travelling happening so not sure about COVID. Please suggest if we need to worry or observe for sometime

Sir my ultrasonography of whole abdomen shows an impression That is :-            * Right sided pleural effusion with basal consolidation/atelectasis Sir/madam Sir please advise me what it shows any serious problem is there.

Jb bhi gussa ata h tb headache or chest pain and sometime breathing difficulty start hojati h or gussa bhi bahut ata h.

I've asthma and took medicine for almost 6yrs (used inhaler, not able to recall drug name) then took homeopathic medicine for almost 2 years. From past 1 years I'm not taking any medicine and now I feel little difficulty in breathing and also feels like due to this I'm not getting proper sleep at night time. Please help me in this. Thanks

मुझे सांस लेने में दिक्कत होती है। नाक से पर्याप्त सांस नहीं ले पाता हूं। बार बार मुँह खोल कर सांस लेने की जरूरत पड़ती है। सीने में जकड़न सी महसूस होती है । बार बार मुँह से सांस लेने की वजह से शरीर दर्द करता है । कभी कभी तो मुँह से सांस लेने पर भी संतृप्ति नहीं मिलती ।जिस वजह से शोल्डर , neck ,और पीठ की muscles में दर्द होता है । एक दम बैचनी सी होने लगती है । जब लेटता हूं तो ये दिक्कत ज्यादा आती है। हालांकि बैठे बैठे भी यही दिक्कत रहती है । पीछे 15 महीनों से ये समस्या है । 5 बार एक्स रे करवा चुका हूं chest का । Lungs नार्मल हैं लेकिन समस्या ज्यों की त्यों बनी हुई है ।

My dad has continuous hiccups since a week. This is happening since many years. It starts randomly and lasts for around 10 days. Need help to solve this problem.
