Chest & Breathing Problems

I started suffering from cold and cough since last Thursday. Doctor advised Azitab 500 for 5 days. Took a Covid test on Monday, came negavtive. Since Tuesday, I have lost sense of smell and taste. I get the taste of sourness throughout. Should I get tested again?

C/O:Shortness  of  Breath.DryCough & at  times it is very much distrssing. While talking ,reading,laughing  cough starts followed by mucous expectoration.The mucous expectoration is almost  filled with  air bubbles. I get  relief when mucous is expelled out. No cough during  inspiratory phase  but  often occurs during expiratory phase. I am suffering  from  since a  year.lt  was opined by doctor as  COPD  one year  back.when  no relief is obtaind CT Chest done on18/6/20 ,which  revealed as lLD (Interstial  Lung Disease) /IPF (lnterstitial Pulmonary  Fibrosis).In  Hindi it is called as  Fefla ka Sukh Jana. Iam taking  Deflazacort10mg+Inhaler --Budetrol+ Pulmocord CG+etc. Plz go through the cotent and  suggest approprite medications  to  help  my self.Dr Salim.

Covid 19 patient how many days take after get infection to spread another person? or they can spread immidiatly after get infection from anaother infected person

Name : Soma Gopal Age : 54 Weight : 70kgs Other Health Problems : BP, Sugar Got antigen test on 25th of Aug and got negative but from 27th aug there are symptoms like fever, weekness and 29 breathing problem started and went for HRCT on 30th aug and found Co Rad 4 and admitted in one hospital on the same day. Got treatment for one week used Remedisivir 6 dose, Biocons Meropenam and Azithromycin 500mg twice a day for one week, Dexona 8mg , Multivitamin are also daily, Ondansetrom, Zofer 4mg, deriphillin, MVI, Prabiner HDI 5mg, Clexeue 60mg, Human Actripial 40ml and Pan. Now got discharged 10 days back and used this medicines fir 5 days course of Fluvir 75mg twice a day, Faropenam 200mg twice a day, Medroi 4mg twice a day, Vit C once a day, Uprise D3 10k once a day. Right Now everything is fine Pulse 98,99 Oxygen 98,99. and no problems till now but feeling little weekness. right now i need to use any medicines for weekness or do i need to consultany doctor for this.

I am suffering from upper right side chest pain. Feel like something is heavy stuck inside that. I feel some relief when take deep breath. Pain is passing from my right arm also. The pain is very severe in upper right side chest and in right arm. It repeats in a month from last 1 year and remain for approx 1 day. Pls help me doctors. Patient is on anti tuberculosis medicines.My doctor has prescribed me 1 tablet of Levofloxacin, 1 tablet of Ethambutol and 0.5 gram of Streptomycin injection. So I'm taking the Levofloxacin tablet around 2.5 hrs. after lunch and the Ethambutol tablet 15 minute after that and the Streotomycin injection  2 hrs. after taking that. Is that okay, please someone advice me. Relevant answere expected. Maximum regards.
