What are the new regimen of mdr tb.with RHE resistance.previously treated with RHEZ.if 2nd time treatment started.

My husband is having Wet cough from a month and half now. He takes deep breaths very often feels feverish Everyday. He took a HR CT chest which was clear..what should I do next???

I was diagnosed with abdominal tb 1 year ago (confirmed by cect and fnac) completed my AKT course recently but my doctor asked me to get a ultrasound done to re check the size of nodes instead of whole abdomen cect . Is ultrasound right test to assess the situation as I have done few ultrasound and it is very hard to find even if there are swollen nodes in stomach.

I want to know difference between DOTS AND ATT . are these different methods for treatment of extrapulmonary tb.

My chest x ray shows right hilar lympadenopathy nd ct shows conglomerate enhancing lymphnodes with right cervical lympadenopathy Mantoux measures- 14x70 mm Ace elevation (70) ESR -36 Previous history of covid

Now a days i feel pressure in my chest and difficult in breathing sumtimes it's temporary when i burup i feel relief is that a severe acidity or sum thing else

Hi, I am facing shortness of breathe every evening from past 3 weeks. The whole day I am fine but as soon as evenings approach I feel it. I had taken blood test and found be me marginal anaemic and vitamin D3 deficit. I am taking medication from past 2 weeks still facing the issues. Just want to confirm if it is normal or do I have to worry about it. Thanks in advance.

I feel very suffocation and breathing shortness when there is a neck pain occurs and stiffness in lower and upper back(i have cervical spondelysis), even i have ashma, though i have not taken any medicine except inhealer. So can kindly suggest me why it happens and how to slove it specially the breathing issue
