Chest & Breathing Problems

Symptoms-1.blood comes with mucus from mouth. 2.feel congestion in chest. 3.sometime feeling difficult in breathing 4.pain in lower feet 5.also sometimes feel weakness. Please suggest.. what should I do for my medical treatment?

I feel like I have some difficulty in breathing in every 5 to 10 sec I'm taking a long breath.. Hence need to know why is that so.

Hi doctors I get a mild breathing problem specifically when I start noticing my breathe I feel I am not getting enough air inside but when I dont notice it I dont feel anything like that please please my chest xray said no abnormalities my ecg came normal

On July 30,i had a severe chest pain and palpitation in the middle of the chest.i went to doctor in emergency he consulted that it is not related to heart ,it is  gastritis issue..!! Still chest heavyness,neck congestion, was continue to happen..the acidity issue gone fine within month ...!! last month end of aug , i again consulted doctor as the doctor knews my family history. so she told for chest xray.x ray report shows mild infection and she suggested for montaux test and chest CT scan. but CT scan report was normal.so she gave me medicine for infection and acidity . still the chest feeling is not good..now it started causing sudden pinch pain in middle chest,nausea,and hands pain..sometimes it feels like am breathing wrong.! Waking up in shortness of breath as soon as I go to bed either it's by night or afternoon. It's getting normal as soon as I wake up Spirometry is normal Chest x Ray normal Blood tests are normal

I have been experiencing chest tightness and chest pressure since winter of 2019. I feel as if I am breathing through a very narrow passage and there is something heavy on my chest. The tightness has increased in last 3 months. At night, all these symptoms worsen. I get short of breath. I feel as if something is pushing against my chest and blocking the passage. I try to yawn to get more air, but there is some obstruction that doesn't let the air in. I'm also perpetually tired and sleepy. Even after sleeping, I yawn excessively to get longer breaths. Last night, I was coughing hard so that I could push the air inside. I felt very anxious and breathless. Kindly suggest a solution for this problem.

I had previously allergic asthma when inhale strong perfume i had a cold and dry cough, I'm worked outside and used hand sanitizer recurrent while in my duty time, since 1 month i had a post nasal bloody mucus swallowing back in to the throat in that time i feel metallic taste, i checked corona rapid test is negative on that time nasal swab stick contain blood , no any other symptoms,when lack of sleep i had mild dry cough SOS, I used antibiotic also but not cured, problem with inhaled sanitizer while rubbing hands or any other plz clarify and what remedies i will take?

Dear sir, I had undergone neonatal abdominal surgery for folded intestines.Till 2019 i was absolutely fine without any problem.To remove the surgery marks i had undergone abdominal plastic surgery in January 2019.The surgeon removed the area of irregular stitches and joined the rest of my stomach by pulling it closer.From the onwards iam facing breathing difficulties,chills,giddiness,unable to open my mouth to swallow air.All this happens only when i eat full. If i dont eat full nothing happens. I have consulted a gastroenterologist but he said after doing all tests that i have nothing and was just getting an anxiety attack.But it is not like that.When i eat full all these problems start on their own after 10-15 min even when iam cracking jokes.They start on their own. Kindly help me as no one is understanding my problem.Thankyou
