Chest & Breathing Problems

Today my father(tb patient) has just undergone a procedure of extracting material from lungs in a clinic becoz dr suggested to do it otherwise it become difficult fir him to be stable..he is 83 yrs old and after squeezing 1.5 litre of fluid from their lungs after 3 days he relaxed a bit..now plz take a review on the prescription nd suggested whatelse we have to be cautious about him next as he z also a sugar patient..note::x ray report attached  is before the procedure which had done thereafter..

I had an appendix operation 2 weeks back. Before operation i felt that I can't breath properly and shortness in breathing.so i admit in hospital and operated but after that breath issue was in good condition. But from last 2 3 days I just can't breath properly again and I thought it was because of gas ,acidity reflex, so I went to gestrologist..He gave me tablet before food and sucrafil gel. And suggested to see cardiologist and urologist for 5mm stone in left kidney.. but when I got operated ECG and Chest x-ray done. It was normal. And they given me neeri tablets for my stone issue..But after 2 days of taking medicine i still feel chest tightness. So which doctor should I meet.. gestrplogist can't do anything.. if I go to cardiologist then they will again check ECG and x-ray.. if it's normal again then what should be the problem. Please help me. Which doctor should I see. For proper treatment.

My Friend feels breathlessness at evening & Night time. When she Burping she feels little better. What do u think this problem will be related too? We took consultant of pulmonologist, ENT & Allgeriest/Immunologist too. She is having Allergy problem, but Allgerist said breathlessness is not related to this. She is tired from last 3 months by taking medicines. No1 is getting the exact Cause of this problem. pulmonologist gave her Sycobreath Foracort 200 inhaler it don't give Relief. Montair LC, Mountair Fx Tablet also didn't worked. We did Chest Xray that is Normal. IgE test showed 558 IgE Level. CBC test are normal. Please help in this matter.

I have chronic chest pain for around 4 months. I don't feel any pain in normal body posture but when I tightens my chest, I feel a kind of pain in my upper chest portion. Further, I am not able to find a specific location of pain, as someday, the pain is in upper part of left chest or someday the pain is in upper part of right chest. The pain is also followed by mucus production in morning and I always feel as if something is getting stuck in my throat. I don't have any difficulty in breathing and swallowing food. But generally, after having food, I feel a kind of sensation to cough and a bit difficulty in breathing. I have history of smoking for 4 years. I have quit it for around 4 months.

Hi Last 2 week I am seeing small amount of blood in my coughcough is sticky some time white ,green and yellow.along with chest pain some time x ray done showing prominent brochovasular  marking indicating brochitis written in report other thigs are showing normal  is it indicating brochatis more serious condition like lung cancer or Tb?
