Ct is refused as i already had 2 ct chest scans in 2018 and ct head this year-- radistion exposure is to be limited If chest xray okay then doctors dont do mri??

Pulse oximeter reading fluctuates alot, it shows spo2 99 then suddenly 96 then 91 then 88 within few seconds. It can be a prob with pulse oximeter? Because sometimes it shows spo2 at 84 however i do not experience any prob.
