Chest & Breathing Problems

Plz can anyone read this report if everything is ok? my sister had corona and this report is after 3 weeks from infection. What's next to do?

It been 4 months i am having chest pain 4 months ago i had covid i only had loss of smell i did not face any shortness of breath at that time my sp02 is above 95 i had chest pain persistent for 2 months from that chest pain comes and goes and feel chest heavyness and pressure i have done ecg echo tmt which come out normal cbc crp esr normal range From last week i am facing some mild breathing problem and chest pain i have done hrct chest tell me is it normal need medication for this

I'm having chest tightness under left breast nearly one week . Sometimes I'm feeling sudden sharp pain in my chest (both left and right side and also I can feel the pressure in my back ) and also I'm having the sudden sharp pain in legs and hands. Upon lying upside down I'm feeling heavy pressure in the center of my chest and mild clogged ears. After food I'm burping a lot which is every unusual. I have tried Gastric issue tablets but no luck . I'm also COVID negative and my ECG/ X rays looks fine without any issues. I kindly request you to suggest on this

My father is a Covid recovered patient. He was tested positive on 7th June and recovered on 17th June. He only had fever and weakness. He went for CT Scan for chest and his CORAD score is 5. Is it anything to worry?

Hi, Good Evening. I have asthama problem from my childhood and I am using Forocart 200 Inhaler from past 5years, it was in control but from past 6months I am facing breathing difficulty when I go to sleep. And inhaler is not helping me. Pls help. Thank you

Hello Doctor, This is for my mother , 70 years old. History of frontal ICH on 19th August 2020. Recovered well with conservative line of treatment and has good response in all her limbs and cognitive functionality. She has been diagnosed with Pulmonary embolism and DVT recently. For DVT in femoral vein, IVC filter is suggested and we are okay with it. Need suggestion on should clot dissolving drugs (dabigatran 150) should be administered for PE , given her one month old episode  of ICH? Attached is the clinical summary and ct Angio lungs. Please guide.
