Chest & Breathing Problems

He is having persistent ranging from 99.2-99.6 for more than 45 days all test done blood culture urine culture etc all negative..all basic antibiotic taken ..then doc suggested chest ct...on seeing ct he is having doubt of tb n told for tb test but as patient having no cough n cold sputum test cant b done...pls refer to to  ct slide n kindly suggest is there any suspect of tb? Plus which confirmatory test apart from sputum test can be done??

My father has blood clots before 2 months, after treatment in hospital it is well. After 2 month final city pulmo angio report has been checked up with pulmonologist and report is normal. He suggested to take eliquis 5 mg for life long. I found thar apigat 5 is also contains same content apixaben 5, so can i take apigat 5 instead of eliquis 5? Attached both the medicines content here.

Getting aayasam like thing for some time in a day and getting flum into the mouth. Y so is it due to no strength in body or any other rreason

As per chest x ray report the first finding was Increased peri vascular tubular markings with prominent healer shadow.After 20 days again I have gone through x ray and the report says bronchovascular marking are Accentured in both longs fields however no active parenchymal lesion seen.what does it mean please provide me the needed suggestions.

Good evng dr Im a heart patient ,cabg(2003),chain smoker before 2003. Dr gave me pneumovax 23 in 2012,thene dere were no problem after the same. I also took same injection @ 8 am today,but after 5 pm im feeling fever ,arm pain n weakness. I ate crocin 500 at 6 pm still i have 99 fever,what to do

I am suffering from chest pain from last one and half month. Done Chest xray, ECG, Echo and TMT, all reports were normal. I went to cardiologist, he said its not related to heart. This pain was started after one week when i was diagnosed with high BP problem. Currently taking below mentioned medicine- 1- Prolomet AM 25 2- Pantocid IT 3-Drise 60k 4- Rozavel 5 How pain feels i am going to discribe it in points below- 1- Mussels pain on upper side of chest, both side. 2- Sometine fill pinch pain in whole chest. 3- Sometimes Pain extended to underarms and neck. 4- Feel tightness in chest, specially in upper right side of chest. 5- Sometimes feel itching in chest. 6- Sometimes feel itching and sensnation below chin and jaw line Note- I feel bit comfortable after doing physical work, exercise, walk etc. Please suggest what to do now
