What are the pros and cons And what should I do to cleanse my lungs post I do that? Are there any side effects?

On the left side of my chest,I feel a stiffened tissue around 5-6 cms in length,what medication can I follow.

I have extra pulmonary tuberculosis in throat.after 3month treatment I feeling too much swelling and pain in it..I don't know my treatment going right way or wrong,?I continue using two tables at time1-RHE-FD ,2-Pyzina 1000.plz advise me

My uncle age is 60 and from 10 days he has fever frequently...he is feeling pain in his throat and difficult to swallow food and also having breathing issue.He is a heart patient. Cbc report is normal. Rapid covid test also negative. Please find attached CT scan report of chest. Can you tell what should I do...please help

My daughter had been suffering from allergy for the past few years. Recently she had started inhaler suggested by some doctor. But for the past 3 months she is not using it as she didn't have necessity to that wide. So can you please suggest anything. Thankyou.

Sir while discharging for corona they did ct scan for me.it show fibrotic changes involved in bilateral lung fields.percentage involved 20percent .is it curable.or what precautions should I take to not to increase it. My whole body i am getting cooling and burning sensation .not able to find cure.its coming and going like current.

I have allergy issues. I feel problem in breathing,caughing, whizzing,pain in shoulders and back ,irritated if I don't take seroflow 250mcg . Previously I was taking it occasionally like 2-3 times a week then I started taking  it once daily. from past few days I feel need of taking it twice a day. When I discussed this with my doctor she advised me to take levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg along with montair 10 and flomist nasal spray. I want to know what is Difference between levosalbutamol inhaler 50mcg and salmeterol & fluticasone propionate 250mcg. Do I really need both of them .I mean I don't want to go for this much heavy medication. Do I have an alternative to change medicines? Due to covid I am avoiding to meet her personally in clinic and she doesn't entertain this much queries on phone so I want to have answers of my questions!

Respected doctor, My sister is undergoing through the pulmonary tuberculosis treatment from 3 months. Now her x-ray has done which says 45% damage on right lung and 15% damage to the left lung. Seeing this numbers it's hard to predict a non medical person to guess about its risk. Doctors has told she has lung cavities. Are these numbers (45% damage on right lung and 15% damage on left lung) matter of concern? Also at current she can walk, sit. But she can not walk for long time, she feels exhausted. Her age is 20 years. Is there a chance her cavitary lung can come back to its original shape and size ? Also can this lung damage be reversed? As she is young.

Sometimes at night , I feel Pain in chest , it feels Like a snake in twisting in my chest , it is so painful , and it feels like it's raising and coming near to throat , this is my problem , send me reply any doctor

My mom having dry cough since last 4 days and sore throat .some people in her office were found covid positive but not in direct contact with her.  Should we go for corona test.
