Chest & Breathing Problems

Please suggest am i taking right treatment Yesterday I got results i hava kiti bit Cough and partially blocked nose

I had covid several months back,post-recovery,i kept having many health issues,and it was identified that i have severe vit d3 deficiency,i have taken Architol nano for eight weeks,but all of a sudden,i have started experiencing breathlessness in night,i am experiencing it throughout night and when it is morning,i am better,i have anemia too,could thiz be some vit deficiency or serrious health problem??i ecen tested using my oxygen levels and pukse using oximeter,i saw 98,89 for oxygrn and pukse respectively

My Father Having Some Problem he is Covid Positive and wasn't having severe cough in starting but now he is having more cough and that too with a bit of Phlegm,taking Ventidox for cough n all! But now he is having Problem in Coughing that is having sharp pain in chest head and back! Tell me something to resolve this issue. Everything under control a bit fever is there only this sharp pain and cough is not controlling! These are current medicines which are in his course! Amoxicillin n sulbactum tablets(2) VentiDox(2) Meftal Forte(2) Multivitamins AtoZ(2) vitamin C+Zn+D3(1) ivermectin(1)

Had been covid postive on 10th April,  12th started with fever 99°F, started with medication as suggested by doctor fabiflu, and other vitamins.. fever subsided to normal om 5th day.  have attached the latest blood test reports as on 24th April 2021 Please suggest

I am trying some pills and some cream for breast increasing so is it effective just want to know... please suggest me pills are helpful and does it cause any side effects...

Had fever previously but it's gone now but coughing is not going initially mucus was coming in cough but now just thick whitish sputum comes.. giving dextromethorpan and cpm cough syrup but no relief

Me and my brother both have covid, and both of us are coughing with sometimes dried blood in the mucous. We don't have fever but the coughing is very intense and makes it hard to catch our breath. Please what do we do, or any medication we should be taking. Please advice

CTS Scan for the chest has been done due to frequency fever and little cold and cough. Please analyse the report and suggest the possible treatment of required. Also let me know what are possible issue/reasons behind fever at frequent interval.

My dad 63 year old he has been found covid poaitive 6 days back due to which his ct scan shows his lungs damage by 50 percent..he is having difficulty while swallowing food and eaten any things from past 15 days...any doc..who can help me please i am begging...and he is not oxygen support...only some time he required o2 when his o2 falls...help doc!!
