Chest & Breathing Problems

My in laws are in their 80s and have chronic asthma. They are under medication ie. Medicines and nebulisation. They got their Covid vaccine second dose on 19th April and started getting fever from 20th April. It was suspected Covid as my husband got positive on 20th Apr as well. We didn't get our parents tested for Covid as home sample collection was not available and moreover they are too weak to go for tests. They are experiencing a lot of weakness and their Spo2 levels ranges from 83-90.  Fever ranges from 99-100 degrees on and off in a day. We are giving PCM for fever and Vitamins like C and Zinc. They don't complain of any shortness of breath but only weakness. Due to which they sleep all day. It has been ten days now..we are worried if we should take them to a hospital or keep an oxygen cylinder handy ..plz advice. Since my husband's isolation is going to over...so we are in a position to take them to a doctor now.. please advise.

Hi doctor, From last 1 week, I am feeling breathless. When it started, that time i had to take deep breathe after 2-3 hours but slowly slowly i am getting more breathless. There is no other symptom. This problem is happening when I am in the closed space like house. As I have to take deep breathe every 6-7  minutes now, i have tight feeling in chest also. I am able to do all other activities normally. No dizziness, no lethargy. This abnormal way of breathing is making me feel uneasy. Recently I visited GP, he checked my BP and oxygen level. All seem okay. What should be my next step?

What should be the oxygen saturation level of a person in the morning after waking up. My father SPO2 is above 92 whole day but in morning it drops to 87. Is it normal? or should I worry?

Hello Sir, Kindly suggest why still fever comes after covid 19 detected. Proper medicine as suggested by doctor has been taken. . Again fever comes like 99.5 to 100.4. After visit to our f amily doctor, he suggested below medicine Tab azee 500 twice a day Cap cepfor 200 mg twice  a day paracip 650 mg Sos cap rbx DSR twice  a day ivermectin 12 mg twice a day prednisolone 10 mg twice a day Decvit twice a day Recare twice a day I am concerned about heavy antibiotics at this age. Hi My wife has corona symptom like dry cough and loss of smell and taste.she is lactating mother. She started taking home remedies and vitamin c and zinc tablet and multivitamin. Can I give her Azithromycin and cetzet-m as she is lactating mother. Please suggest. Thanks

My father is having cough since 5 days. We have done covid test and results yet to come. He is coughing even he is taking medication for cough and antibiotics. Now since 3 days he is not eating proper and says he can't swallow and if he swallows, more cough comes out even with drinking water. Please suggest how to control this and he is very scared to go hospital in this covid time. Please suggest

I was covid positive 18-04-2021, I isolated, but my wife has now symptoms She has reoccurrent fever , loss of taste and smell and feeling very energy less. My question is fever is still around 100.6 and she is feeling very down, oxygen on oxymeter is down from 98 to 95. Has dry cough also. Please advise
