Chest & Breathing Problems

My husband is Having all symptoms of covid from 23 April. Firstly UTI, then cough and fever. Lost taste and smell also. We done CT scan on 27 april and score is 9. His fever is not going down. Yesterday he has 103.8 fever. Oxygen level is 96/97 He is overweight, diabetic. Giving these medicines- 1)Tab Azithromycin 500mg 1-0-0 for 5 days (After Food) 2)Tab Doxycycline  100 1-0-1 for 5 days (After food) 3)Tab Ivermectin (12) 1-0-0 for 5 days(After Food) 4)Tab Paracetamol 650 mg 1-1-1 for 3 day(After Food) 5)Tab Montair LC 0-0-1for 5day(After Food) 6)Tab Pan40mg 1-0-0 (Before breakfast) 7)Tab zinc 1-0-1 8)Tab Vit C 500 mg 0-1-0 9)Steam inhalation with capsule karvol plus 3 times a day. 10) Tab Zukanorm m 500/50 2 times a day Please suggest for his fever

Hi Doctors, I am being tested positive for covid 19. Fever was there for 2 days and it's subsided now and currently having a light coughing symptoms. Doctor prescribed Metni 8 but it seems the side effects of this tablet, decreases the immune system making me prone to more infection. Please advice if this is better medicine under the circumstances. I am confused now. Thanks, Suresh

My mother who is 69 yrs old, her oxygen levels are in the range of 92-94. She had mild chest congestion earlier for which doc prescribed Azee 500 for 5 days. Please advise if her low oxygen levels are a cause for concern. Thank you

He is covid patient from 8 april.. After 17days we test again ntpcr test.. Result positive.. Then we done ct scan.. Ct scan report is CORADS-6, Ct severty score is 6 out of 25. Impression is patchy areas of ground glass haziness with areas of septal thickenning and vascular thickening is noted in bilateral lungs fields. A typical viral pneumonia.. What should we do.. My SPO2 is 95+ however I am having breathlessness. I am having pharyngitis (severe throat infection) for which I am taking antibiotics. Is there anything to worry?

She already had these medicine starting from her 5th day: Tab azithromycin 500 once daily for 5 days CapSimp-Vit twice daily for 10 days Tab Limocee 500 TWICE DAILY for 10 days CAP uprise d3 60 k once a week Tab Sumo 650 SOS Tab ivermectin 12 at bedtime for 5 days doxy 100 twice daily for 5days Now, she currently taking these medicine: TAb Favipiravir 1800mg- twice one dayTab Favipiravir 800 mg- twice for 4 days Scorbix-Z twice for 5 days Doxycycline twice for 5 days Naxdom 500 twice a day for 5 days VRX Gold Plus one for 5 days My question is do I need to add any steroids or blood thinner to these medicines? Also, seeing her condition Do we need to think about the hospitalization?

I have taken 1 st dose of coivid vaccination on 14 th April later I got fever and cold and cough for 3 days than I have taken Dolo 650 for 3 days. Fever and cold gone, but still I have breathing problem till today. Iam taking cough syrup Ascoril LS also. Plz suggest me which medicine I have to take
