Chest & Breathing Problems

She is undergoing Covid Treatment and its 8th day today. She is having Chest Pain starting 4th day during Normal breathing and sharp pain during inhaing/yawning, also breathlessness. CRP value was 38.4 in tests done on 3rd day, HRCT score was 5/25 done on 5th day of symptoms and D-Dimer value was 0.91 in tests done on 7th day. She is already on Fabiflu cource and 16mg Steroid along with Doxy 100mg twice a day. Based on D-Dimer value, she had 2 injection of Enoxaparin 40 in last 24 hour since the report came. What could be the reason behind Chest pain and breathlessness when CT score was 5/25 l, where my other known had value 9 or 12 and they don't have any such painful symptoms? Is the virus still even with having medicine? Any other parameters to look for where Physician haven't reached yet?

After covid 19 +ve and ct scan score was 7/25, spO2 was fluctuating between 90-93 and lot of cough on chest because of which breathing issues were there and fever was 101-102 for 4-5days, on taking medicines prescribed by doctor for 14days, spO2 is in between 95-98 now but CT scan score is 16/25 and 18/25 now which is 18-19th day. Also on 14th day, fever came once(100) and gone after taking DOLO 650 which had caused issues in urine. Now fever is not there, urine problem is not there, cough is less, oxygen is between 95-97, performed multiple tests - CRP -11.2 HBA1C - 7.1 Mean plasma glucose - 157 Sputum for AFB and gram stain - Nil WBC Count - 14.7 Hematocrit - 39.6 Red cell distribution width - 14.2 Absolute neutrophil count - 7.94 Absolute lymphocyte count - 5.73 Absolute basophil count - 0.00 but ct scan score is 18 so not sure what to do now to reduce this score infection.

From past one year my lGE level is high. One year back it was 300 IU/ml and one month back it was 650 IU/ml. I am taking Prulastin-M tablet daily once and inhaler twice a day from past 6 - 7 months. How can be it reduced to normal range? What additional medicine, precaution measures should I take ?

Patient is covid positive, and takin budecort through nebulization among other medicines. Oxygen level is around 98-97, ct severity score is 11/25 on 28th april. Crp was 29.55 on 26th April, and 21.5 on 30th april. Today is 13th day of symptoms. After taking budecort 0.5 mg nebulization, breathlessness is felt by patient each time, which lasts for around 30 minutes and oxygen also drops to 95 which recovers after 30 minutes. Other medicines which are used: montair lc (once a day), medrol 16 mg(twice a day), zocef cv(twice a day), pulmoclear (twice a day), dolo 650 (thrice a day), zincovit (once a day), vitamin c(once a day), anticoagulant injection (once a day). Ivermectin, doxycycline, fabiflu course completed. So, why the breathlessness is felt after budecort nebulization, what are remedies?

Hello sir My recently some doctors are saying in this pandemic no need to take steam becoz even if positive or negative if we take steam we r directly taking virus into lungs with steam becoz from nose the virus going direct to lungs and having lungs infection some days they saying . So is this correct or not to take steam pls confirm

Covid 13th day. Mild pneumonia detected. Ct chest 6/25. Ddimer was 539, crp 5.1. today after 5days ddimer is normal. Crp is 6. Kindly suggest. Today is 5th day of fabiflu medication.

My mother has asthma and taking SEROFLO 250 rotacaps and TELEKAST 10 ( most probably for dust allergy) . Is it safe to get covid vaccine if anyone has dust allergy? Is there any kind of test for allergy diagnosis that can cause problem after vaccination .?? Kindly help me , Thanks in advance.
