Chest & Breathing Problems

My uncle is covid positive. He has a constant SpO2 level in the range of 88 to 92. A doctor has recommended us to use 4mg of Dexamethasone steroid. Is it a good treatment? I've read that this steroid can have long lasting side effects.

His oxygen level 90-92 . No fever, Only weakness,& coughing, he took medicine favipiravir, dolo-650, coughsyrup etc prescribed by doctor No breathing issue

I have Breathing problem often, I had tuberculosis before 6 years ago and had been diagnosed. Before tuberculosis I had habit of smoking.

My father is facing problems like breathing and nervousness. Whenever he talks a little his breathing rate geta disturb. Also when he cough he feel breathlessness. He was suffering from covid and came home a week ago but still he's facing these issues.

Background:5 years back my mother was diagnosed by TB and she had taken 6 months course and it got cured. 15 days back my father was having fever for a week with backpain and covid test(rapid antigen) result was shown as negative.. as per doctor recommendations he still took covid treatment at home and got recovered. My mother also started developing symptoms 5 days back. It started with headache and then slight cough for a day. Fever continued for 3 days and from last 2 days she doesn't have any symptoms other than weekness. Since she had TB earlier(5 years back), do we need to go for any scanning at this time or we need to follow any medication as precautionary to clear any possible lung infection ?

Had fever for last four days, now irritating dry cough from yesterday that causing breathing difficulty. Covid was negative. CRP 11.01, WBC 3200, HRCT CO-RADS 3 with CT Severity score 1-25

I have got positive for covid 19 . My rdrp and nb gene is 15.8. I want to understand the significance of this valve. I do not have any symptoms so far jus slight pain in chest. Please suggest the needful

My father had got his chest x-ray done few days ago. Reports mentioned Bronchitis in impression section. I want to know what is this, what medicine or treatment should he follow and is there anything to worry about. I have attached the image of reports and x-ray in this message. Please guide me.
