Continuous weezing even after taking medication how long will it take to cure more than 10 days from yesterday on wards steroids pls do suggests

My father had got his chest x-ray done few days ago. Reports mentioned Bronchitis in impression section. I want to know what is this, what medicine or treatment should he follow and is there anything to worry about. I have attached the image of reports and x-ray in this message. Please guide me.

Mild fever :- 12 days before Loss of taste mild:- 9 days before Pain in ribs , shoulders and back since last 4-5 days. Sweating & Fatigue.

I am covid positiv..my fever is reduced now..but still hav cough ..so how much gargle and steam is required..

Last week I took my father for HRCT Scan and found infection in lungs. We consulted a doctor and started medicines like Doxycycline, Vitamin C and D3, Zinc, Steam, Gargle and everything. Last week his oxygen level was around 92-93 and currently his SPO2 level is 93-94. How do we improve his SPO2 level as he is not having breathing issues as of now. What should we do and how should we continue the treatment?

Hi, I am being posted to Shimla. Me and my kid, both are asthmatic. What precautions should I take before moving there? Will my kid be able to cope with the cold temperature of Shimla? Thank you.
