Asked for Male, 50 Years

I M feeling chest congestion. Very less cough. Had fever 15 days back that lasted for 3 days. Took antibiotics Azithromycin 5 days ( 19th April to 23rd) Calpol 650, Vit C, zinc . Rest all ok
