Chest & Breathing Problems

My uncle and his entire family had fever and cough. All are fine now except him. His fever hasn't subsided till now. It has been more than a week. He also has shortness of breath and weakness. Rt-pcr was negative but ct scan showed a score of 14. Is it covid? And what should be the treatment?

Hello sir/mam, my sister was covid positive on 14th april 2021. her fever and other issues have gone for the past 6 days. she is maintaining regular spo2 of 94-98 from day 1 till date. we did an hrct thorax a few days ago and she has covid pneumonia. her cts score is 7/40. she only has coughing as her problem now. and whenever she coughs she has phlegm. visited a doctor and was advised cepodem 200 and inhaler for 10days. my question is if my sister returns a positive rtpcr on her 16th day of home quarantine is it safe to take her out and let her mingle with other family members considering she is still coughing?

I was covid positive on 25.09.2021. Took Fabiflu and other antibiotics for 5 days recovered and was tested Negative on 09.04.2021. I regained my taste, smell and feel completely fine till last week. This week I started having bowel movement frequently i.e. 3 times a day. Mostly after eating or drinking. No loose motions it's like pellets but not more than 3 time a day. Consulted Paracto and got better now after using the medicines. Now since two days I am feeling little heavy in chest but no pain or no breathing problems. Taking steam twice a day. Using multivitamin tablets once a day. Pulse oximeter is showing 98 when checked after every 4 hours. I feel like some light weight on chest. Please suggest the remedy.

Hi Please suggest if I shall take my grandfather for a second dose. First dose on 10th March (had minimal symptoms just weakness). 8 weeks gap ends around 5 May. So we need to take him to get vaccinated before that. But the covid cases are increasing and we're worried he might contract covid in the hospital. Also, he has asthma and has been on external oxygen support since a year (10 hours a day on doctor's advice last year). What's the best decision to take at this point?

Hello Dr. My mother suffering from fever since past 10days. She is currently taking Tab azithromycin 500 once daily for 5 days Cap zinconia twice  daily for 10 days Tab celin 500 TWICE DAILY for 10 days CAP uprise d3 60 k once a week Tab Sumo 650 SOS Tab ivermectin 12 at bedtime for 5 days Tab doxy 100 for 5 days. She is continuously having fever of 99 to 100. Spo2 level is 98 to 99%. No other bp or sugar problem. Should i be worried about her symptoms? No rt pcr test done. Is it lead to serious complication? Is it necessary to give favipiravir or fabiflu for covid patient? Please advice.

M suffering from allergic asthma from 20 years. It activates in march every year. Taking seretide accuhaler 500/50mcg from 15years. I have problem in breathing now a days, and tightness in chest area. My x ray findings are: haziness in left lower lung zone&vascular markings prominent. What does it mean? Please help.
