Chest & Breathing Problems

Pain will start when I'll climb up and down and I'll get relief when I lay down . And there is some pain on down side of my left foot my head is  heavy from some time .And I'm not getting what is this.

I and my brother we both are Corona positive and are isolated in the same room... So can we use AC in our room...is it safe for us??

I had weird smells since a month, most of the foods smell foul to me. It didn't go away and then I am having chest pains since 2 days, the pain is intense when I sleep. Should I consult doctor. Why do I smell like that? And I also get tensed every time.
