Chest & Breathing Problems

Block in nose frequently during night times before sleep, unable to inhale from nose because of this

He is chronic alcoholic and tobacco chewer.Having barking cough (dry)which is not having any effect with use of dextramethorphan and antihistaminic formulation. SpO2 96 HR 20 So I gave him asthalin based syrup and deriphylin tablets and he got instant relief.Could this be COPD? Should I physically take him to doctor in this covid period ?

From 10 to 15 days when I walk fastly or during running in my right side of chest is pointed paining and when I stop running or seating pains goes off what was the cause please suggest.

My father had suffered from fever, cough and cold around  2 weeks back after which fever got cured but coughing started and still continued and now after a 1 week again mild fever is coming. RTPCR report shows covid-ve. He is feeling weak as well. So far he was having antibiotics (Amoxicillin) , paracitamol , and vitamins. What should be done next.

X ray of chest PA View Findings : 1. Mild blunting of left CP angles suggestive of? pleural effusion/ thickening. 2. Both lung fields appear normal. 3. Both hila appear normal. 3. Cardiac size at the upper limit of normal. 4. Mediastinum appears normal. 5. Both Hemidiaphragm and bony thorax appear normal. Kindly check the above outcomes. I am waiting for your response.

I don't know what medicine I should take and what precautions, my elder sister is also corona infection so can u please help

My father got symptoms like fever, bodyache, mild cough after he got his second dose of Covishield. He immediately isolated himself and started on the recommended course of Azithromycin, Ivermectin,etc. It's been 11 days. He still has fever, cough and bodyache. He got HRCT chest which shows ground glass opacities and consolidation which are bilateral and predominant in basal and subpleural locations. Severity score is 11/25. His spO2 is around 94-97. What should I do? Please suggest course of action.

My sister get COVID positive she is on medication on dr suggestions her oxygen is 95 HRCT 16 out of 25 IL6-8.20 CRP-15 D-DIMER 0.71 Now the problem is different different dr suggested different solutions we all confused what to do could u please suggest me something Thank u

Hi doctors, i am having little chest pain since last few days, got my CT scan done today, reports will arrive tomorrow, what should do currently for the pain?

Doctor, I was diagnosed with covid positive on 20th april and currently under medications. Now, only taking vitamins and cough syrup ascoril ls. But, Still the cough persists and it happens mostly during evening to night. Today, while excess coughing in morning, i saw some blood particles in my sputum 2,3 times. What should i do to get cure ? Please provide valuable advice. Thank you.
