Chest tightness

Hi, I was tested covid positive 1 month ago, now I'm recovering but post covid I'm feeling as if my chest is tight I went through ct scan and many antibiotics but still feel as if I can't breathe, my saturation level will be above 95 don't know what to do, don't know if it's because of mucus or anything or is it common for post covid patients. Thank you

Are these reports worrying

My father is having covid and is on treatment. I wanted to know if the test reports are worrying signs or not. And how long the prescription given by doctor should continue. It's already 11 days of treatment. My father doesn't have any symptoms now. LDH = 424 ferritin = 259.53 CRP = 13.95 D-dimer = 140.2
